To celebrate self-sufficiency, self-reliance, and the richness of Caspar and the Mendocino Coast.
To pass on traditional art forms and the knowledge needed to live here in harmony to the children and adults of the North Coast.
To encourage the making of music, the growing of produce, and the crafting of necessities in a supportive, neighborly environment.
To foster an enduring link between the Caspar Community and people of Mendocino County.
To spread the Caspar process of governance through consensus toward a long view of the future.
