Festival |

Caspar Fest is Saturday and Sunday, September 25 - 26. As you know, it is an exciting, fun, delicious, musical, informative event and a major fundraiser for local groups that practice and encourage localness and sustainability. Festival Volunteers are admitted free to the Festival. We need your help to make this year's festival the best yet. Volunteer Co-ordinator Judy Tarbell is signing up volunteers for two-hour shifts, beginning Thursday and Friday for set up; continuing Saturday and Sunday during the festival; and ending Monday for clean up. Please email Judy or call her (964-1323) and let her know your preference for role and time -- and please sign up for as many shifts as possible. (see below for explanation of roles and times needed) She will email or call you if there is a time or role change -- and let you know the final schedule. | Set Up: (stage, signs) 6 each day |
Thursday, 10am to 4pm Friday, 3 to 6pm |
| Food prep and serving: 9am on Friday 6 from 10am to noon both days; 4 from noon to 8pm both days |
Friday, 10am to 3pm Saturday, 10am to 8pm (in two-hour shifts) Sunday, 10am to 8pm (in two-hour shifts) |
| Bar (wine & beer): 2 each shift |
Saturday, noon to 8pm (in two-hour shifts) Sunday, noon to 8pm (in two-hour shifts) |
| Sales/Information: (T-shirts, CDs, etc.) 2 each shift |

| Front gate: (collect admission, control vehicle entry) 2 each shift |
